Is this a DeLaval rotary pump? You can still buy vacuum pump oil. I milk with a DeLaval rotary pump from the late 70s. pump oil is readily available from DeLaval dealers or Bomatic dealers here. My area still has quite a few dairy farms, once 50 years ago there was close to 1,000 with in 50 mile drive, so there is plenty of old equipment still laying around. Much of this older equipment has been picked up by dairy goat and dairy sheep farms because it is cheap and available, so local suppliers still carry vacuum pump oil . Good choice milking Jerseys, great little cows.
Are you using buckets type milkers, DeLaval or Surge?
