Have to have plates, insurance and license to be on the road "here" No different than a car. I put a lot of road miles on either getting to fields or hauling feed/supplies.
Not sure NY rules, but regardless if it was driven there "illegally" I can't see automatically towing something unless parking permit was required and they didn't have one.
Think they will get their money back on this one.
WD would likely pay, ad revenue from the video he'd make on this would far exceed a few dozen $500 paypals. Probably do a separate video on paying people, making more $$$!!!
