I haven't ever seen wheel weights like that. I'm thinking they are not right for an M. Not to sure if I wouldn't take them off, and leave them off. Maybe take them home separately, if they are included in the tractor deal. Figure out what to do with them later. They sure aren't going to help out any, by trying to move the wheels in, with them on there.
Big jack under the axel housing is best for jacking. Use blocks if you have to. Shy away from a handy man if at all possible. Just not the best jack to use for this project.
If you plan to roll tractor around on that front flat tire, I'd be real careful about NOT bending (damaging) that front rim. I sure wouldn't want the chore of finding another one, without having to buy another whole single wheel front end to get it.
