George let me help you with that recliner problem, it wont happen. I grew up on a farm and dont remember never not working. had rentals for decades, constant repairs and construction on the farm. Around mid 60s I realized I could spend the rest of my days continuing like that or not. I chose not and fortunately have good health at 80 and have no regrets about letting go of that old work habit. Disclosure I sold the last rental last year never looking back. doing the same as you with kids offering up any any tools they want, rest goes to a farm auction someday. You have enough motivation recliner time wont be a problem.
