The TE 20 uses the Continental Z120 also. The TEA 20 uses the Standard engine. The TE 20 can be recognized by the strut rods that brace the front support to the bellhousing.
The Z120 engine can be bolted into the TEA 20, but there's a mess to deal with the flywheel and starter. I think if that's been done, you need the TEA starter. The length of the engine must be compensated at the front mount.
