was out to move our tractor this eve >>>>> checked the oil bath portion of the air filter [ when I last ran the tractor about 2 weeks ago / IHC Farmall BN/ I emptied the oil out; leaving none there] found only a small amount of water in the bottom of the oil bowel so the only conclusion I am able to come to AT THIS POINT IN TIME is that the condensation is caused by cold air being heated ; since the breather filter portion is inside the Heat house/ wind breaker. As the weather warm up and I take the winter housing off I will again check the bowel as I run with out the heat houser and see if moisture collects in the bowel; if none then refill with oil. Wm.
