Hello folks, the saga of the printer(s) has ended well as of today. I got the new Canon G-5020 unit and it is installed and doing a wonderful job of printing. It is an ink tank printer and it comes with enough ink to do ~6,000 black and white pages and ~ 3,000 color ones. so that ends the aggravting messtrying to get a printer going. I still am not too impressed with Win-10 yet. Thanks for all the helpful ideas. Gene Davis Tennille, Ga.
