Hello,
I have a Ford 4000 SU that I recently installed an electronic ignition on. Now I only have spark to 2 cylinders. All of the spark plug wires were tested and are functioning properly. When I first started testing the spark I had no spark on cylinder 3. I removed the magnetic sleeve to ensure it was seated properly and reinstalled and then I had no spark on cylinder 1 rather than cylinder 3. Is it possible the electronic ignition is faulty or perhaps just the magnetic sleeve? I am at a loss for what to do other than put the points back in. The coil was updated as well and I have 12 volts to the coil.
