Have a chance to buy a Kinze 82D planter set up for 11 rows of 15 inch soybeans. The planter is sort of a double frame which allows all 11 rows to be on the back bar spaced at 15 inches each. Were these planters built before the actual Kinze double frame planters were built (models 2000 and 3000)? The one I am looking at is like the picture I posted except there is no tillage tool on front. The primary problem I see is that the units are so close repairs and maintenance on an individual unit may be difficult. Appreciate any opinions. Thanks.
