This surely sounds like towing a 5th wheel camper must be involved?? There's no way I could hit the road for that long, and afford to pay for lodging. Your route and stops sound like something I'd enjoy. I'd of been kind of iffy on the Daytona thing. I am likewise not a racing fan, but am up for trying new things and seeing something once. I've never been on a loop through the gulf coast states, so have no advice. Sounds like your doing a pretty good job picking your stops. I'm envious.
