Barnyard: I remember World War II. (The Big One). There was plenty of oil and gasoline during The Big One. There weren't enough railroad cars to carry it everywhere so the military got the priority. That created a 'shortage' for us. There was plenty of rubber in the world but the Japanese had it. That created a 'shortage' for us. Semantics.
