Bob has your answer. Looks like you have pretty good tread I would go with cross link style a ladder style may drop into the tread. I have both types and they all work better then no chains. My 4020 actually would pull more with the ladder style on ice it would force the single chain into the ice but I prefer the cross link style. I would avoid the real aggressive chains they use on log skidders. I have an interesting set on my Massey 65, the links have 2 square knobs on the cross links.
