Back about three months ago I had to take the battery box out of my Super C to replace the temp. gauge. Date on the batt. was 2010, looked brand new inside and out, cells were clean and full of water. I knew I should of replaced it but decided to take a chance although it's not a pleasant job to get that batt. box out and back in. Monday I had snow to plow. When I hit the starter it grunted once, second time it was running, think it was about ten degrees. Don't think the batt. had another grunt in it.
