Along the same lines, my Father in Law, who was a Central Ks farmer, was also into speed in the 50's and early 60's. At one time he had 2, Allison V-12 aircraft engines, still new in the original crates. Unfortunately they were gone by the time I came into the picture. He is gone now, but was one heck of a guy. Bob
