I assume the hard start just means a long cranking time? Does it sound like 1-2 cyls are firing but others not? Does it run good after it starts or does it run rough for several seconds/minutes ? Does it smoke during cranking or after startup? What color is the smoke, whitish/grey or black? Does it start fine after sitting a couple hours or overnight, any smoke then?
