SWMBO put a pizza in the oven one evening. About one minute later, the electric went out. About two hours later, after cold cut sandwiches, the power came back on. We were napping pretty good when the smoke alarm went off. Smoke was pouring out of the oven. Windows and doors were opened, the oven turned off, and the house finally aired out. The pizza- or what was left of it's cremated remains- were still in the oven- she had'nt turned it off when the power went out, and had forgotten about it.

She now gives me a dirty look when say dinner's done- the smoke alarm is going off...
