Look for a shutoff right where the fuel line comes out of the bottom of the fuel tank. Turn it off there, then remove the glass bowl, trying to avoid getting the diesel fuel on your coat sleeve. The lever you show on the fuel pump is so you can manually pump fuel to the injection pump to purge air. Find the bleed screw on the injector pump and loosen it and watch for bubbles. When the bubbles quit and you have a solid stream of fuel, tighten the bleed screw. Try starting the tractor. It may not start if there is air in the lines from the injector pump to the injectors in which case you will need to loosen the nut holding the line to each injector. Crank the engine until you see no more bubbles, then tighten the nuts again.
