I only ask because you opened the door. How is the lawyer trying to cheat you? Was there not a will done? Are there creditors involved? I know that this is a very sensitive issue for people so if you want to discuss it no further then fine. Sometimes it helps when you break out of the circle and get fresh voices. Yeah. Yeah. John T will say get a lawyer and I do not disagree. But I have had to use lawyers before and you have to watch them like you have to watch the clerk at the store to make change for a 10 dollar bill buying 8 dollars of gas. There are plenty of mediocre and worse lawyers out there.
