Took the rack cap off and moved throttle...nothing. The head of the allen head was approx flush with the pump housing. I gently pushed the rack towards rear of tractor and it moved easily approx 1/4 maybe more to what I would call all the way back. Moving throttle linkage, the rack will not move forward toward radiator nor can I pull it with anything while moving linkage. Any thoughts besides pulling pump and if I need to pull pump, any advice so it can return to appropriate spot?? Happy New Year and many thanks in advance.
