I'm not sure the governor raised enough of a stink that the ERCOT folks managing the system have made any noteworthy changes to prevent a future occurrence. I have been looking for news articles (from a variety of news sources) and have seen few. I understand that one of the members of the board doesn't even live in, nor near Texas.
