Well, not sure if it has any binding, but most sale bills you see has not responsible for accidents, and not responsible for items after sold somewhere in fine print. Down in the corner, or at the very bottom, or someplace on the sale bill. Not sure how that would hold up in court if an accident did happen, and actually entailed a law suite. I have seen items not sold by a last minute decision because of liability concerns of new buyer moving it (getting hurt, or damaging something else in efforts to move it). So makes me wonder if, not responsible for accidents is not as binding as it may seem.
