Guys I appreciate your comments. Mom died in March and this is pretty new to me. Showcrop, I understand what you are saying, but these were wired to the pallet very securely. If this was shipping damage, I would take it up with the carrier. These were clearly in poor condition before they were put on the pallet.
504, I wonder if I could send pics to Titan to get their opinion. I'm with you, I don't think these were sent from Titan this way. And I shouldn't have to pay full retail when the merchant failed to store and handle them properly. New is more than being mounted or not.
