From the first start off the assembly line, to the driving it at and around the dealership, to warmup time before test drives, I think there is neither cause for alarm, or any probable success in protesting the deal. If it had worn paint in the hitch linkage, and scuff marks indicating field use, I would document them and use substantial effort to see if I got a reasonable deal. If it was a good deal and no issue with warranty I would be happy as is. (opinion) Jim
