Take the insulation off of the wire just past the pinch screw to the right in the image. Fan the wire strands so they are thinner at the side of the stud. Then put a dab of liquid tape on the point of exit. Or drill a hole in the side of the rubber and insert the wire with it pushed into the stud hole and tightened through the end hole. Then a dab of liquid tape on both holes. It appears to be a poorly thought design. Jim
