The cam follower pin was never the cause of no lift, as it would at the very least lift in Draft Control mode, where the pin is not involved. Most often reason for no lift is a stuck unloader valve, which prevents pressure from reaching the lift cylinder. Cover off again, remove unloader valve, clean & best to replace the "O"-ring with an exact replacement ring, as there is only about 40# pressure available to move this valve, so it has to be very free to move. It has no mechanical connection, only fluid to move it.
