Two parts to the problem One is whether your pump is working which others have addressed If so your lift arms will work When your lift arm work normally, the loader will still not lift unless your have or separate valve or you limit the range of the lift arms When DAd bot a loader for our NAA, they put a metal strap around each rear axle attached to piece limiting the lift arm to just above horizontal When you raised the control, the fluid went to the least resistance If the horizontal drawbar was empty, there drawbar came up to the limit before the loader came up if the drawbar was loaded, say a full spreader, the loader would go up to full height before the drawbar lifted the spreader tongue I should note the loader cylinders were single acting Hope this helps Ron
