You mention the price point; that reminds me that Kias seem to be unusually popular with our tenants. I doubt that's because of Kia's stellar reputation for reliability. Tenants rent their homes and lease their cars; they couldn't care less how long the car lasts after they turn it back in. All they care about is whether or not they can afford the lease payment. My point is that reliability may not be that important to the Kia brand, assuming their business model is to build cheap, disposable cars that are going to be leased for two years then scrapped.
