How cold is it there? Just plug it in. Be starting like summer time. I plugged the 560 in yesterday with block and pan heater And it started as soon as I touched the starter button. And u say 4500 hrs on rebuild , well that is half the hrs it should last. Diesels like to be warm to start good . they need to build heat from the compression in order to start. Yesterday was 28 F here.
