The L brackets are not compatible as the D15 bracket holds the fenders slightly higher, but if you have to fabricate new ones as I have to, the D14 sheet metal portion will work.
It's surprising how much difference there is between the D14 and D15. As an example, here are the radiator shrouds from both tractors together, the one in foreground is D14 the background is D15. Height and width are slightly different enough to be non-interchangeable. The fender sheet metal is the only thing you could get by with in terms of sheet metal as long as you don't use the D14 mounts.
