First winter storm of the season hit yesterday with raging West winds blowing new snow everywhere. Lucky it was still warm in the high 20s so the summer diesel still flowed fine in the old diesel tractors. The Super 90 Massey fired up in a couple of turns of the starter and I was able to put a couple of bales out for the cattle. This morning its still blowing pretty bad with a lot of highways closed or TNR. I don't think I'll have a problem driving anywhere as the snow is mostly blowing clear away. I don't have the blade installed on the big tractor yet and the past few winters I have not had to install the snow blower until half way through winter.
