In my way of thinking a 200 mile trip to deliver is a $3-400 hit that I would not take after a price is agreed on. If you are willing to deliver it for a fee set the price, if not tell him to come get it. Am I harsh? guess so but dealing with similar tactics has made me that way. As another reply stated there is no way Id leave the driveway without at least enough of his cash in my pocket to pay for the trip.
