Your quarter section is 160 rods long (a rod is 16.5 feet). An acre is 160 square rods so it is an area 1 rod wide by the length of your field. Your header is cutting a little less than 2 rods each way so you will get your 4 acres in one round to fill your hopper.
The round is 1 mile long (1/2 mile each way). If you are going 6 mph, it takes 10 minutes to travel that mile. If you take 5 minutes to dump into the truck and make the turns, you are using 15 minutes per round. 4 rounds per hour at 4 acres per round comes to 16 acres per hour. If you want to get a little closer, reduce by the 30 header/2 rod (33) which is a little less than 10% so the 16 acres would be 14.5 acres.
