I called my elderly friend yesterday and told him the JD was running, asked him to give me a price, he asked what we had spent on it and our labor price. He said I could buy it for 'way, way less' than what we had advertised it for. Told me to come down this week and pick up the non running 8n and get it ready to sell. Never did give me a dollar amount, but I'm betting he is more than fair. He asked me to crank it up so he could hear it run, was happy with how fast it started and how good it sounds. A little closer to owning the darn thing!
