pull the drain plug on carb. Catch fuel in white paper towel. The brass elbow that connects gas like to carb has a screen. Remove the elbow and look at screen.
I had to replace tank on my Jubilee. The coating inside tank looked like gray primer, it was flaking off.
Don't use a paper inline filter. Screen only. My paper filter would vapor lock when gas warmed to 155 degrees.
