When is the last time you changed the fuel filters? You may have fuel enough at the injectors to pass the crack the nut test but not enough to support sustained operation.
Did you open the drain cock on the filter assembly and check for water?
Last is the filter screen in the tank on the end of the fuel line.....remove the line, unscrew the drain cock and clean the filter....while the drain cock is removed drain out any accumulated rust/water/sludge.....
