Yesterday I attended the Crystal estate sale north of Devon,Kansas..It was a little cold in the morning but turned in to a beautiful October day with temps in the mid 60's..There was a nice crowd even with 2 other big sales in the area..The tractors all ran nice and had mostly been used in a cattle operation..The pasture land in these pictures will be cropped next year....Bourbon County Kansas was IH country and back in the day IH probably outsold JD 3 to 1..I had my choice yesterday of burning 30 gallons of gas going to a antique tractor pull in Oklahoma or going to a sale and burning 5 gallons of gas..The sale won out.. The Case-IH CX-100 with loader sold for $26,000...It showed 1234 hours but the front tires were about worn out..? The 1086 IH with a Bush Hog loader sold for $7,900.. The 966 IH sold for $6,100...
The 2 owner 856 IH sold for $6,200....It had been on this farm for 50 years...It once had a cab and loader on it..It had new rear tires..I knew the guy that bought it and that makes him 3 IH 856 tractors. The 1066 IH sold for $6,900..
The 666 IH sold for $5,300....It has the injection pump rebuilt in 2019..
The 2015 Polaris 570 EFI Ranger sold for $8,700...It recently had quite a bit of money spent on it. The 2005 Chevy 1500 4x4 sold for $6,000....It had quite a bit of rust under the doors.
The 2000 Dodge 3500 with older Deweze hydraulic hay bed sold for $8,200...It has a Cummins with a 5 speed. Old non running Chevy 2 ton sold for $550...
