Yes it is . I sometimes leave a little change on the ground for the kids or whoever to pick up remember when you were little and it made your day to find a nickel or dime or a quarter holy cow ? Of Course in them days a kid could do something with a nickel or dime. I havent seen penny candy or even 25 cent little Debby snacks in years . I guess now youd have to drop a ten dollar bill on the ground for anyone to get any use out of it .
