I am a former Ford tech and while employed by Ford, they all got reused. I replaced a front hub on my sons Navigator about a year ago and I called the same Ford parts man that I worked with and again asked him if they had that nut on hand. He again said to reuse it. Said they dont stock them or order them. I torqued it down, keyed it, and put a generous dab of RTV on the outside of the nut. Only local source for the nut was Dorman and it was two days away. I try to avoid most Dorman products anyway. My $.02 worth.
