I guess you have to ask yourself if you want an H?? Lots of them out there. A single front wheel does not add any value, honestly it means I would need to find a different front end and swap it out, so maybe negative value. Steering issues can be fixed, but an H steers pretty easy and if it is wore it has a lot of use, but it is fixable. IH made half a million Hs, lots of parts. To me reasonable would be less than $400.
