Bruce, you made the correct choices and had a very good crop as your area had plenty of rain. On Monday I help a neighbour in eastern Ontario finish up his second cut but he only got about one 5x5 bale per acre as this area had lots of cloudy days but very little moisture. I used a Farmall C75 for raking, a Kubota M5700 with loader to pickup the round bales and he was baling with a Kubota M8540 and a M&W 5x5 round baler. Could not start raking until about 12:30 as there was a very heavy dew and he didn't start baling until after 1 PM, we finished about 4:30 and it was starting to cloud up.
