I have a Tri-Trak and it is original. I have a mold board plow and part of a set of cultivators. They were designed by a engineer for Sears- Roebuck stores. They only made approximately 4000 of them in 1954 and it took Sears 3 years to sell all of them. The story I have heard is the engineer wouldn't have his picture taken with on as he stated I have engineered a unsafe piece of equipment. When you drive one and start to plow and turn just right it tends to tip over. They are swiveled in the middle also. I love to drive mine and at shows they get quite a bit of attention. The 6 HP Wisconsin engine is plenty of power to do the job. They are fun to drive. I'm not sure of the value of them today but I know there is not a lot of them left. I have had mine for a lot of years and don't even remember what I paid. It was running when I got it.
