In my area my dad bought a 730ck new in 1966 with a new JR 4-16,s plow.Still have both.My 1030 will pull 6-16,s all day long with a plow packer too. We have mostly a Sandy loam soil with no rocks.It all depends on what soil conditions you have.I have seen heavy clay soil that a 1030 had all it could do to pull a four bottom.
