Orchard tractors were pretty uncommon to begin with, and also after orchards closed many had their fenders removed and used as regular tractors too. Also they are a niche, many people remember grandpas 8n or farmall H etc and seek one out to restore for nostalgia, the crowd who had orchard tractors is much smaller. Also they are a much more in depth restoration than many want to tackle, a lot more sheet metal to fix. And since they are rare it must be fixed or remade, rarely available used or aftermarket
