Yes! There is one like that that his shaped a little different! There is also resistor down lower in the steering box. There is no voltage to that voltage regulator. There are a couple of wires that seem to be abandoned in that box too, and one wire that looks like it had gotten hot. Thanks for that picture; it helps a lot!
