John I know exactly what you are going through. My camp is 8 miles from Cameron in the marsh. Remember. As tough as it sounds all of the material things can be replaced. We are about 1/2 way done rebuilding and Im under insured. There is a hard rule that if your structure is south of the Inter-coastal Waterway then very hard to get insurance period. Huge risk. Never give up hope. Prayer too will get you thru this. Dont separate from your family but be sure to help the elderly. Whatever happens dont allow anyone to escape to the attic.
