doucea welcome to YT! My thought is good luck and boy will you need it. Do you have the serial number? I would guess not or you would have posted it here. Do you have any old family records that you could go through that might have it in there? Was it bought new by your family and is the dealer it came from still in business? Maybe you can get the serial number that way. Without the number you are really fanning in the wind. Do you know who bought it from your family or was it traded off? There were over 58,000 total produced, now I realize that not all were Standard round fenders. The thing about it is that it could have covered a lot of ground since 1996 and reality is there is a good chance it could have been scrapped and is long gone. I do not know how old you are but if having a tractor like one you remember back then is the best way to do it. Keep an eye out for one that looks like what you want and fix it up to resemble the one you remember. Otherwise you will spend all your time looking for the one that got away and you will have no time to enjoy one as you once did all those years ago. My two cents.
