You are correct. That's why I edited my post after looking more on different websites. Originally when they changed the law back in 2009 it was 1975 and older, but they changed it again later, now it is 32 years old. There's a lot of misinformation on the internet. Hard to find the facts sometimes, but you were right about the 32 years old thing. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
