If that's all the tractor has ever done, it is probably a very low hour machine with lots of life left, even if there are some engine issues.
If it starts and idles well, has oil pressure, no deep knocks, it will probably last a long, long time for your use.
Very common to have gas in the oil when an engine never gets up to operating temperature. The oil probably has not been changed in a long time since it gets such low run time. Keeping it changed, usually annually, regardless of run time, is a good practice.
And always, always turn off the fuel when parked!
Check the gear cases for water, especially if it stays outside, or may have gotten a little too deep in the water. Water in the gear cases will float the oil and cause rear axle seals to leak on the brakes. You will want good brakes for your application!
A low amp solar battery charger would be a good addition.
