Well i also get leg , arm and hand cramps . Now according to the QUACKS my blood work is great and they have no idea BUT here take these Horse pills . Now what i have learned on my own as to when i get them is (1) If i drink ice tea , (2) if i eat ice cream . If i eat Chicken i don't sleep , if i don't have a couple fingers of C/R before bed we have nightmares and flash backs . The flash backs happen more from the end of January till mid May.
