SV,
I get cramps all the time. Both in my hands and in my legs/feet. My wife bought some over-the-counter cream at some drug store that is supposed to help resolve cramps and muscle spasms. I have never had any confidence in over-the-counter treatments, but this stuff really works for me. I have no vested interest in this stuff and I have absolutely nothing to gain by telling you about it. It just works for me. The product is called Theraworx. The active ingredient in it is magnesium sulfate. As soon as the cramp starts, I rub it into the cramping area. It stinks. Within just a very few minutes (2 or 3) the cramp is resolved.
If I were you, I would ignore this note. It sounds too good to be true. But it really does work for me.
